Our professional staff

Our therapist  is the owner of Body Kinetics Rehab & Therapy and is a RMT with CRMTA. She has completed and achieved an Advanced Massage Therapy 3000 HR Program Diploma. Carey is a Rapid Reset Specialist and uses this training to help reset the central nervous systems role in alleviating tension and restrictions within muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.  This technique is also used to treat frozen shoulder, diaphragm/breathing issues, pelvic floor and incontinence to name a few conditions.

She has experience working with athletes as well as extensive training in rehabilitation massage. Carey has also become Certified as a Fascial Stretch Therapist and this training has helped her to assist clients with chronic pain and joint health.


 She currently is a professional figure skating national level trained coach as well as a personal trainer. The knowledge of the body and how is responds to overload is her specialty.
